Eat Smart aims to stimulate intercultural dialogue between young people from France, Italy, Vietnam and China using food as a vehicle, by exchanging culinary traditions, notions of healthy eating and different concepts of sustainable development and consumption. Thanks to these exchanges youth will create new dishes (a mixture of Asian and Mediterranean flavours and cultures) and will learn from each other to “EAT SMART”, preserve culinary heritage, the environment and their health.
